Masimo Announces Rainbow Agreement with Philips
Irvine, California – June 15, 2011 – Masimo (NASDAQ: MASI) today announced that it has reached a long-term non-exclusive agreement under which Philips will integrate Masimo rainbow SET® technology into Philips' products.
